Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT. Online payments are processed securely by Mercado Pago; ZURCO does not store card data.

Quoted projects (tables, home decor, tiles, lighting and custom walls) require a 70% deposit to start production and the remaining 30% upon delivery notice.

Every piece is made to order, by hand. After your purchase we'll confirm the estimated delivery date by email and arrange shipping to your address.

Pieces are high-fired ceramics, formed and glazed by hand. Variations in tone, texture and glaze runs between pieces are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.

If any piece arrives damaged, report it with photos to our email within 5 calendar days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.

As pieces are made to order, cancellations are only possible before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.
